The Aircraft Cabin Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior of aircraft between flights. This includes cleaning seats, tray tables, windows, floors, and restrooms, as well as ensuring that all amenities (e.g., pillows, blankets) are properly arranged for the next set of passengers. The role ensures that the aircraft is spotless, safe, and comfortable for passengers while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Duties and Requirements
- Clean and sanitize the cabin, including seats, tray tables, armrests, and floors.
- Restock aircraft amenities such as pillows, blankets, magazines, and safety equipment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring proper supplies are available.
- Ensure that windows, carpets, and overhead compartments are free of dirt, stains, and debris.
- Perform safety and condition checks to ensure that the cabin is ready for passengers.
- Follow all airport and airline safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Work quickly and efficiently under tight time constraints between flights.
- Requires the ability to lift light to moderate items, perform repetitive tasks, and work in confined spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is beneficial.
